OUR INSPIRATION
Thapelo Charles Manaswe
The great-grandson
Thapelo — the great-grandson — is the inspiration behind the founding of this Foundation. His name, meaning “prayer”, carries forward a legacy of hope and reminds us why we serve.
Charismatic and articulate, he has a natural ability to connect with people and bring energy to any room. With a great sense of humor and an inquisitive mind, he engages easily and adapts quickly to new environments. He appreciates neatness and order, and takes pride in keeping things organized. A good memory helps him learn fast, and his love for music adds creativity to everything he does.
In his honour, we commit to building a more compassionate, equitable, and resilient South Africa — one community at a time.
